LCpl Mohammed Usman is a distinguished former military officer who served in Northern Nigeria. He joined the Nigerian Air Force in 2013, dedicating over a decade of his life to safeguarding the nation. Throughout his service, he was actively involved in critical military operations such as Operation Safe Haven and Operation MESA, earning multiple promotions and commendations for his outstanding contributions and victories in the field.

Despite his successful military career, LCpl Mohammed Usman harbored a deep passion for biotechnology—specifically, the study and extraction of scorpion venom. While this may seem unconventional, his fascination with scorpions grew over time as he meticulously studied their behavior, feeding patterns, habitat management, and venom extraction techniques.
